呢款生酮早餐食譜喺經典煙肉蛋鬆餅入面加入我哋嘅 Divine Chilli Crisps 勁正辣脆,帶嚟微辣惹味同令人一試上癮嘅香脆口感。呢個就係完美嘅低碳早餐,含豐富蛋白質同健康脂肪。
材料:
- 6 隻雞蛋
- 6 條煙肉,煎至香脆
- 100克 車打芝士,刨絲
- 2 杯新鮮菠菜,切碎
- 2 湯匙勁正辣脆 (牛油果油 - 微辣),另備額外份量作裝飾
- 鹽同黑椒適量
做法:
- 預熱焗爐至180°C。在6格鬆餅模具上塗油。
- 用每條煙肉圍住每個模具,形成杯狀。
- 將菠菜同1湯匙勁正辣脆 (牛油果油 - 微辣)混入打勻嘅雞蛋中。
- 將雞蛋混合物倒入煙肉杯中,倒至¾滿。
- 在頂部加上芝士同剩餘嘅勁正辣脆。

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 6 rashers bacon, cooked crispy
- 100g cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 tbsp Divine Chilli Crisps (Avocado Oil - Mild), plus extra for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin.
- Line each cup with a rasher of bacon, creating a cup shape.
- Mix spinach and 1 tbsp Divine Chilli Crisps into beaten eggs.
- Pour egg mixture into bacon cups, filling ¾ full.
- Top with cheese and remaining Divine Chilli Crisps (Avocado Oil - Mild).
- Bake 18-20 minutes until set. Serve warm with extra Divine Chilli Crisps (Avocado Oil - Mild) on top.
