呢款生酮早餐食譜喺經典煙肉蛋鬆餅入面加入我哋嘅 Divine Chilli Crisps 勁正辣脆,帶嚟微辣惹味同令人一試上癮嘅香脆口感。呢個就係完美嘅低碳早餐,含豐富蛋白質同健康脂肪。

  1. 預熱焗爐至180°C。在6格鬆餅模具上塗油。
  2. 用每條煙肉圍住每個模具,形成杯狀。
  3. 將菠菜同1湯匙勁正辣脆 (牛油果油 - 微辣)混入打勻嘅雞蛋中。
  4. 將雞蛋混合物倒入煙肉杯中,倒至¾滿。
  5. 在頂部加上芝士同剩餘嘅勁正辣脆。
  6. 焗18-20分鐘直至凝固。趁熱享用,再加額外嘅勁正辣脆 (牛油果油 - 微辣)喺上面。

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin.
  2. Line each cup with a rasher of bacon, creating a cup shape.
  3. Mix spinach and 1 tbsp Divine Chilli Crisps into beaten eggs.
  4. Pour egg mixture into bacon cups, filling ¾ full.
  5. Top with cheese and remaining Divine Chilli Crisps (Avocado Oil - Mild).
  6. Bake 18-20 minutes until set. Serve warm with extra Divine Chilli Crisps (Avocado Oil - Mild) on top.
