酮醬辣趣 成立於2021年，旨在創造適合低碳水化合物、生酮飲食和注重健康社群的美味辣椒醬和果醬。

所有醬料都適合低碳同埋生酮飲食人士食用，部分醬料可供純素食者食用，稍後亦會有更多醬料推出。

我哋所有嘅產品均已經過 Intertek 嘅測試（1+7 營養分析）。 Intertek 係為全球食品行業提供分析和測試服務嘅領先供應商。

辣度（高至低）：辣到黐筋＞哇都幾辣吓＞微辣

油：全部醬料一律採用100%純牛油果油或橄欖油製作。至於我哋嘅招牌 Divine Chilli Crisps（勁正辣脆）同埋 Moreish Chilli Oil（返尋味辣油），就有添加芝麻油作為調味（冇加熱）。

由於我哋所有醬料無添加任何化學物質，所以冷藏會導致油變混濁和凝固，此乃正常物理現象，但絕不會影響其質量及風味。只要去返室溫油就會恢復正常的稠度同埋顏色。

包裝：貨品包裝一概以精簡為主，為咗環保同埋減少廢物，希望大家盡量循環再用我哋嘅玻璃樽。

食物安全：用嚟準備同埋烹調醬料嘅器具同埋玻璃樽（仲有我哋雙手），都會徹底消毒。我哋採用食品級消毒劑，例如Pasteurizer 77、Stellar San或Star San，務求所有醬料乾淨衛生，客人食得放心。

我哋全部醬料都係喺香港100%手工製作。

由於我哋所有醬料都冇添加任何食品添加劑或防腐劑，所以請放喺雪櫃儲存，並請喺2個月內食用完畢。

We use only 100% pure avocado oil or olive oil in our sauces, depending on the product. Our Divine Chilli Crisps and Moreish Chilli Oil are seasoned with aromatic sesame oil. Rest assured that refrigeration, which may temporarily solidify the oil, will not compromise the quality or flavour of our sauces.

Naturally Sweetened

All our products are 100% handmade in Hong Kong. Please store our sauces in the refrigerator and consume within two months, as they contain no artificial additives or preservatives.
