酮醬辣趣成立於2021年，旨在創造適合低碳水化合物、生酮飲食和注重健康社群的美味辣椒醬和果醬。
所有醬料都適合低碳同埋生酮飲食人士食用，部分醬料可供純素食者食用，稍後亦會有更多醬料推出。
我哋所有嘅產品均已經過 Intertek 嘅測試（1+7 營養分析）。 Intertek 係為全球食品行業提供分析和測試服務嘅領先供應商。
辣度（高至低）：
辣到黐筋＞哇都幾辣吓＞微辣
油：全部醬料一律採用100%純牛油果油或橄欖油製作。至於我哋嘅招牌 Divine Chilli Crisps（勁正辣脆）同埋 Moreish Chilli Oil（返尋味辣油），就有添加芝麻油作為調味（冇加熱）。
由於我哋所有醬料無添加任何化學物質，所以冷藏會導致油變混濁和凝固，此乃正常物理現象，但絕不會影響其質量及風味。只要去返室溫油就會恢復正常的稠度同埋顏色。
無糖：我哋只選用100%純天然甜味劑（俗稱生酮糖）阿洛酮糖allulose，生酮糖零熱量，亦唔會令血糖上升。關於阿洛酮糖allulose 嘅更多資料可以參考Healthline文章。
包裝：貨品包裝一概以精簡為主，為咗環保同埋減少廢物，希望大家盡量循環再用我哋嘅玻璃樽。
食物安全：用嚟準備同埋烹調醬料嘅器具同埋玻璃樽（仲有我哋雙手），都會徹底消毒。我哋採用食品級消毒劑，例如Pasteurizer 77、Stellar San或Star San，務求所有醬料乾淨衛生，客人食得放心。
我哋全部醬料都係喺香港100%手工製作。
由於我哋所有醬料都冇添加任何食品添加劑或防腐劑，所以請放喺雪櫃儲存，並請喺2個月內食用完畢。

About Us:
Founded in 2021, Rustically Handmade started with a mission to create flavourful chilli sauces and jams that suit the needs of the low carb, keto and health conscious community.
All of our sauces are suitable for those following low-carb and keto diets, with some options available for vegans. We will be launching more sauces soon.
Every product has been tested by Intertek (1+7 Nutrition Analysis), a leading provider of testing and analysis services for the global food industry.

Oils: All our sauces are made with 100% pure avocado oil or olive oil. Our signature Divine Chilli Crisps and Moreish Chilli Oil also have sesame oil added for flavour (not heated).
Because our sauces contain no chemical additives, refrigeration may cause the oil to become cloudy or solidify. This is a normal physical reaction and does not affect the quality or taste. Simply return the sauce to room temperature, and it will restore its normal consistency and colour.
No Sugar: We only use 100% natural sweeteners, specifically allulose, a zero-calorie keto sweetener that does not raise blood sugar levels. For more information on allulose, visit: Healthline.
Packaging: Our products are packaged simply to reduce waste and promote sustainability. We encourage you to recycle our glass jars.
Food Safety: All utensils and glass jars used in the preparation and cooking of our sauces, as well as our hands, are thoroughly sanitised. We use food-grade disinfectants like Pasteurizer 77, Stellar San, or Star San to ensure that all sauces are clean and safe for customers.
All our sauces are 100% handmade in Hong Kong.
Since our sauces contain no artificial additives or preservatives, please store them in the fridge and consume within two months.
