近排喺 TikTok 同 Instagram Reels 好多人整呢款超紅嘅 Cottage Cheese Wrap,真係可以話係生酮界新寵。做法簡單,又係高蛋白、低碳水,仲可以自由配唔同鹹或甜嘅餡料,無論做早餐、下午茶,定係想食啲甜甜哋又冇咁大罪惡感,都好適合。
今次我哋就用 偽蘋果醬,再配搭新鮮野莓做餡,整出一款香甜清新、口感滿足嘅生酮小食。想食得健康啲,但又唔想完全戒甜,呢款就啱晒你。
材料(1人份)
- 全脂茅屋芝士(Cottage Cheese)200g
- 雞蛋 1隻
- 偽蘋果醬 2–3 茶匙
- 新鮮野莓(藍莓、覆盆子、草莓)一把
- 肉桂粉 ½ 茶匙 (唔鍾意可以唔加)
- 雲呢拿提取液 ½ 茶匙(可選)
做法
- 先將焗爐預熱至 180°C,喺焗盤鋪上牛油紙,再噴少少牛油果油噴霧。
- 整芝士糊:將茅屋芝士、雞蛋、肉桂粉同雲呢拿放入攪拌機,打至幼滑。
- 鋪平:將芝士糊倒落焗盤,用刮刀鋪成薄薄一層,大約 20 x 25cm 長方形。
- 焗製:放入焗爐焗約 25–30 分鐘,焗到邊位微金黃、中間凝固即可。
- 放涼:拎出嚟之後放 5 分鐘,等佢稍為定型。
- 加餡:均勻搽上偽蘋果醬,再鋪上新鮮野莓。
- 捲起:由一端慢慢捲起,切半上碟就食得。

- 茅屋芝士係高蛋白、低碳水食材,好適合生酮飲食。
- 野莓類水果例如藍莓、覆盆子同士多啤梨,糖分相對較低,亦含有豐富抗氧化物。

Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 200g full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2–3 tbsp Fake Apple Jam
- A handful of fresh wild berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper, and spray with a little avocado oil spray.
- Blend: Add cottage cheese, egg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blitz until completely smooth.
- Spread: Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper and spread into a thin, even rectangle (approx. 20x25cm).
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges are golden and the centre is set.
- Cool: Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes to firm up.
- Fill: Spread a generous layer of Fake Apple Jam across the wrap, then scatter fresh wild berries evenly on top.
- Roll & serve: Carefully roll the wrap from one end, slice in half, and serve immediately.
