韓式辣炒年糕 Spicy Korean Tteokbokki
韓國最受歡迎嘅街頭小食就係辣炒年糕,煙韌嘅年糕浸喺甜甜辣辣嘅韓式辣醬入面,食落去又辣又惹味,無論當小食定正餐都啱晒!
Tteokbokki is Korea's favorite street food, chewy rice cakes swimming in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. This addictive dish is perfect as a snack or main meal!
材料 Ingredients
- 500克 韓國年糕(500g Korean rice cakes/Tteok)
- 3 湯匙 生酮惹味韓國辣醬(3 tablespoons Ketolicious Gochujang)
- 1 湯匙 豉油(1 tablespoon Soy sauce)
- 1 湯匙 蠔油(1 tablespoon Oyster sauce)
- 2 湯匙 阿洛酮糖(2 tablespoons allulose)
- 2 杯 水 或 魚湯(2 cups Water or anchovy stock)
- 2 條 青蔥,切碎(2 stalks Green onions, chopped)
- 1 杯 魚餅,切片(1 cup Fish cakes, sliced,可選)
- 2 隻 熟雞蛋,切半(2 Boiled eggs, halved,可選)
- 適量 芝麻 作裝飾(Sesame seeds for garnish)
做法
- 如果用乾米糕,就浸暖水10分鐘啦。
- 大鑊入水(或者用鯷魚湯底)、生酮惹味韓國辣醬、豉油、蠔油同阿洛酮糖,煮滾。
- 加米糕同魚糕,中火煲8-10分鐘,不時撈拌,等醬汁濃稠、米糕軟Q彈牙。
- 落蔥花再煮1分鐘。熱辣辣上碟,鍾意芝麻同熟雞蛋就加啦!
Instructions
- If using dried rice cakes, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
- In a large pan, combine water (or anchovy stock), Ketolicious Gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Add rice cakes and fish cakes. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and rice cakes become soft and chewy.
- Add green onions and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and boiled eggs if desired.
