低碳韓式拌椰菜花飯
Bibimbap(拌飯),顧名思義就係將啲飯同餸「撈埋一齊食」。佢絕對係韓國人最愛嘅家常暖胃菜之一,好有「屋企飯」嘅感覺。
今次我哋就同佢搞搞新意思,整咗個低碳版!個飯底唔用白飯,改用熱辣辣嘅椰菜花飯,上面再鋪滿晒唔同味道嘅蔬菜同配料,最後梗係要淋埋我哋個招牌Ketolicious Gochujang 生酮惹味韓國辣醬啦!
我哋呢隻醬帶少少甜同辣,但又完全無糖,食得健康無負擔。成碗五顏六色,睇見都開心,食落夠晒滿足!
材料
- 2 杯 熟椰菜花飯
- 1 杯 菠菜(汆水)
- 1 杯 豆芽(汆水)
- 1 條 紅蘿蔔(切絲)
- 1 杯 冬菇(切片)
- 1 條 翠玉瓜(切絲)
- 200g 牛肉或豆腐
- 2 隻 雞蛋
- 2–3 湯匙 生酮惹味韓國辣醬
- 麻油(適量)
- 芝麻(適量)
- 鹽同胡椒(適量)
做法

蔬菜分開處理:
- 冬菇同翠玉瓜用少少油加鹽炒香;
- 菠菜同豆芽汆水後,拌少少麻油同鹽調味;
- 紅蘿蔔切絲後輕輕炒軟。
- 煮牛肉或豆腐:加少少豉油同麻油炒熟。
- 煎蛋:煎太陽蛋。
- 組合:碗底放椰菜花飯,再將各款蔬菜同蛋白質分區鋪面。
- 加醬:放上煎蛋,再加一大匙生酮惹味韓國辣醬。
- 完成:灑少少芝麻,即刻上枱。食之前記得撈勻!
小貼士:好食嘅拌飯關鍵係每樣配料分開處理,先可以保留唔同嘅味道同口感;而 生酮惹味韓國辣醬就係將成碗嘢完美拉埋一齊嘅靈魂醬汁,辣度同鮮味好平衡!
Low Carb Korean Bibimbap (Cauliflower Rice Bibimbap)
Bibimbap means “mixed rice,” and it’s one of Korea’s most-loved comfort foods. This version is lightly adapted to be low carb: warm cauliflower rice topped with seasoned vegetables, protein, and our signature Ketolicious Gochujang for the perfect spicy-sweet kick, without added sugar. Colourful, satisfying, and easy to mix and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked cauliflower rice
- 1 cup spinach, blanched
- 1 cup bean sprouts, blanched
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 zucchini, julienned
- 200 g beef or tofu
- 2 eggs
- 2–3 tbsp Ketolicious Gochujang
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Prep vegetables separately: sauté mushrooms and zucchini with a little oil and salt; blanch spinach and bean sprouts, then season with sesame oil and salt; julienne and lightly sauté carrots.
- Cook beef or tofu with soy sauce and sesame oil until done.
- Fry eggs sunny-side up.
- Assemble: add cauliflower rice to bowls, then arrange vegetables and protein in sections on top.
- Sauce it up: top with a fried egg and a generous spoonful of Ketolicious Gochujang.
- Finish with sesame seeds and serve immediately. Mix everything together before eating.
Tip: Preparing each ingredient separately keeps the flavours and textures distinct. Ketolicious Gochujang ties everything together with a balanced hit of heat and umami.
