生酮韓式生菜包(쌈)
爽脆生菜包住香噴噴嘅韓式燒牛肉(불고기),再點上我哋 Ketolicious Gochujang 生酮惹味韓國辣醬。清爽、開胃、又好味,仲適合作生酮飲食人士!
材料
- 500g 牛柳/西冷(薄切)
- 1 個 牛油生菜或羅馬生菜
- 紫蘇葉(可選)
醃料
- 2 湯匙 生酮惹味韓國辣醬
- 3 湯匙 豉油
- 1 湯匙 麻油
- 2 湯匙 阿洛酮糖或赤藻糖醇或羅漢果甜味劑
- 3 瓣 蒜頭(剁蓉)
- 1 湯匙 薑(磨蓉/刨蓉)
- 黑胡椒(適量)
- 芝麻(適量)
- 蔥花(適量)
做法
- 拌醃料:將辣醬、豉油、麻油、代糖、蒜蓉、薑蓉同黑胡椒撈勻。
- 醃牛肉:放入牛肉拌匀,醃最少 30 分鐘(得閒可醃耐啲更入味)。
- 快炒/快煎:平底鑊或燒烤爐大火燒熱,落牛肉,每邊煎約 1–2 分鐘 即可(唔好煮太耐會韌)。
- 準備生菜:生菜洗淨抹乾,逐塊拆開。
- 上枱食法:生菜+(紫蘇葉)+牛肉,想再惹味就加多一啲生酮惹味韓國辣醬,最後灑芝麻同蔥花。
- 開餐:包好一啖入口,正!
Keto Korean Lettuce Wraps (Ssam)
Fresh, crunchy lettuce wraps filled with savory bulgogi-style beef and finished with our Ketolicious Gochujang. Light, refreshing, and 100% keto-friendly.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
- 1 head butter lettuce or romaine
- Perilla leaves (optional)
Marinade
- 2 tbsp Ketolicious Gochujang
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp allulose or erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the marinade: combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sweetener, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook fast over high heat: heat a pan or grill until very hot, then quickly sear the beef, about 1–2 minutes per side.
- Prep the lettuce: wash, dry, and separate leaves.
- Serve: add beef to lettuce (and perilla, if using), top with extra Ketolicious Gochujang, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Wrap and enjoy.
