生酮忌廉芝士偽蘋果醬

呢個偽蘋果醬卷整法好簡單,用嚟招呼朋友,或者整定平時做小食都一流!最正係只需要三樣材料,就整到呢個又好食又靚仔嘅生酮小食。

材料:

  • 低碳薄餅皮 (Low Carb Tortilla) 2 塊 (揀返每塊淨碳水 2-3 克嗰啲)
  • 忌廉芝士 4 安士 (預先擺喺室溫放軟)
  • 偽蘋果醬 3 湯匙
  • 新鮮香草 (裝飾用,可以唔落)

做法:

  1. 首先,將塊薄餅皮攤開喺乾淨嘅枱面。
  2. 跟住將放軟咗嘅忌廉芝士,均勻咁搽勻成塊餅皮。
  3. 然後喺忌廉芝士上面,再搽一層偽蘋果醬
  4. 由其中一邊開始,慢慢將塊餅皮捲實。
  5. 用保鮮紙包好,放入雪櫃雪最少半個鐘,等佢硬身啲、定咗型先。
  6. 拎出嚟之後,用把利啲嘅刀切開做一件件,大約 1 吋厚。
  7. 排靚啲上碟,如果想嘅話可以加啲新鮮香草做裝飾。
  8. 雪凍食係最好食嘅。

Ingredients:

  • 2 low-carb tortillas (2-3g net carbs each)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp Fake Apple Jam
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Lay the low-carb tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of softened cream cheese over the entire tortilla.
  3. Spread Fake Apple Jam over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  7. Arrange on a plate and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  8. Serve chilled.
