呢個偽蘋果醬卷整法好簡單,用嚟招呼朋友,或者整定平時做小食都一流!最正係只需要三樣材料,就整到呢個又好食又靚仔嘅生酮小食。
材料:
- 低碳薄餅皮 (Low Carb Tortilla) 2 塊 (揀返每塊淨碳水 2-3 克嗰啲)
- 忌廉芝士 4 安士 (預先擺喺室溫放軟)
- 偽蘋果醬 3 湯匙
- 新鮮香草 (裝飾用,可以唔落)
做法:
- 首先,將塊薄餅皮攤開喺乾淨嘅枱面。
- 跟住將放軟咗嘅忌廉芝士,均勻咁搽勻成塊餅皮。
- 然後喺忌廉芝士上面,再搽一層偽蘋果醬。
- 由其中一邊開始,慢慢將塊餅皮捲實。
- 用保鮮紙包好,放入雪櫃雪最少半個鐘,等佢硬身啲、定咗型先。
- 拎出嚟之後,用把利啲嘅刀切開做一件件,大約 1 吋厚。
- 排靚啲上碟,如果想嘅話可以加啲新鮮香草做裝飾。
- 雪凍食係最好食嘅。

- 3 tbsp Fake Apple Jam

Instructions:
- Lay the low-carb tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin, even layer of softened cream cheese over the entire tortilla.
- Spread Fake Apple Jam over the cream cheese layer.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
- Arrange on a plate and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve chilled.
