呢杯分層芭菲唔單止賣相靚,仲含豐富 Omega‑3 同纖維!滑滑嘅奇亞籽布甸,加埋幾圈偽蘋果醬,做 早餐或者甜品 都啱,食完唔會有罪惡感。

材料(可做 2 杯):

  • 1/4 杯 奇亞籽
  • 1 杯 無糖杏仁奶
  • 1/2 杯 椰子忌廉(推薦品牌:NATURE'S CHARM Coconut Whipping Cream)
  • 2 湯匙 天然甜味劑(阿洛酮糖 或 羅漢果)
  • 1 茶匙 雲呢拿提取物
  • 6 湯匙 偽蘋果醬
  • 新鮮雜莓作裝飾(紅桑子、藍莓)

做法:

  1. 用碗將奇亞籽、杏仁奶、阿洛酮糖同雲呢拿提取物拌勻,用打蛋器會更幼滑
  2. 蓋好放入雪櫃冷藏最少 4 個鐘,或者過夜;約 30 分鐘後拎出嚟再攪一次,避免結粒。
  3. 另一個碗將椰子忌廉打到鬆軟起泡。
  4. 用透明杯或玻璃樽分層:先落奇亞籽布丁,再落椰子忌廉,最後加幾圈偽蘋果醬
  5. 重複分層,整到有 雲石紋效果
  6. 鋪上新鮮雜莓。
  7. 繼續冷藏,食之前先拎出嚟

備餐貼士:
一次過整 4–5 杯,放雪櫃最多可保存 5 日,朝早拎一杯就搞掂。

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut whipping cream (recommended brand: NATURE'S CHARM Coconut Whipping Cream)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (allulose or monk fruit)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp Fake Apple Jam
  • Fresh berries for topping (raspberries, blueberries)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, allulose, and vanilla extract.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip coconut whipping cream until fluffy.
  4. In clear glasses or jars, layer chia pudding, coconut cream, and swirls of Fake Apple Jam.
  5. Repeat layers to create a beautiful marbled effect.
  6. Top with fresh berries.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
