呢杯分層芭菲唔單止賣相靚,仲含豐富 Omega‑3 同纖維!滑滑嘅奇亞籽布甸,加埋幾圈偽蘋果醬,做 早餐或者甜品 都啱,食完唔會有罪惡感。
材料(可做 2 杯):
- 1/4 杯 奇亞籽
- 1 杯 無糖杏仁奶
- 1/2 杯 椰子忌廉(推薦品牌:NATURE'S CHARM Coconut Whipping Cream)
- 2 湯匙 天然甜味劑(阿洛酮糖 或 羅漢果)
- 1 茶匙 雲呢拿提取物
- 6 湯匙 偽蘋果醬
- 新鮮雜莓作裝飾(紅桑子、藍莓)
做法:
- 用碗將奇亞籽、杏仁奶、阿洛酮糖同雲呢拿提取物拌勻,用打蛋器會更幼滑。
- 蓋好放入雪櫃冷藏最少 4 個鐘,或者過夜;約 30 分鐘後拎出嚟再攪一次,避免結粒。
- 另一個碗將椰子忌廉打到鬆軟起泡。
- 用透明杯或玻璃樽分層:先落奇亞籽布丁,再落椰子忌廉,最後加幾圈偽蘋果醬。
- 重複分層,整到有 雲石紋效果。
- 鋪上新鮮雜莓。
- 繼續冷藏,食之前先拎出嚟。
備餐貼士:
一次過整 4–5 杯,放雪櫃最多可保存 5 日,朝早拎一杯就搞掂。

- 2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (allulose or monk fruit)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp Fake Apple Jam
- Fresh berries for topping (raspberries, blueberries)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, allulose, and vanilla extract.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip coconut whipping cream until fluffy.
- In clear glasses or jars, layer chia pudding, coconut cream, and swirls of Fake Apple Jam.
- Repeat layers to create a beautiful marbled effect.
- Top with fresh berries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
