呢道簡單易整又受歡迎嘅開胃菜!軟滑流心嘅布里芝士配上我哋嘅偽蘋果醬同香脆碧根果仁,鹹鹹甜甜口感豐富。最重要係完全符合生酮飲食,唔使擔心爆碳!

材料(4-6人份)

  • 1個 布里芝士(Brie cheese)約200-250克
  • 3-4湯匙 偽蘋果醬
  • 1/3杯 碧根果仁(pecans),切碎
  • 1湯匙 無鹽牛油
  • 適量 你鍾意嘅生酮餅乾
  • 新鮮迷迭香 裝飾用(可選)

做法

  1. 將焗爐預熱至180°C(350°F)。
  2. 將布里芝士放入可以入焗爐嘅烤盤或鑄鐵鍋中。
  3. 用刀喺芝士頂部輕輕𠝹個十字,方便受熱同入味。
  4. 放入焗爐焗12-15分鐘,直至芝士開始軟化同微微流心(用手指輕按會感覺軟身)。
  5. 同時,用細鍋以中火將牛油溶化,加入切碎嘅碧根果仁,炒香約2-3分鐘至金黃色同散發香味。
  6. 將焗好嘅布里芝士喺焗爐度攞出嚟。
  7. 偽蘋果醬淋喺芝士頂部。
  8. 灑上炒香嘅碧根果仁。
  9. 用新鮮迷迭香裝飾。
  10. 趁熱配生酮餅乾或蔬菜條享用。

  • 唔好焗得太耐,芝士應該係軟滑流心,而唔係完全溶化。

Ingredients (Serves 4-6)

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (200-250g)
  • 3-4 tablespoons Fake Apple Jam
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Your favourite Keto crackers for serving
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the brie cheese in a small oven-safe baking dish or cast iron skillet.
  3. Using a knife, lightly score the top of the cheese in a crosshatch pattern to help it heat evenly and absorb flavors.
