生酮杏仁醬能量球配偽蘋果醬
呢款生酮能量球,絕對係口痕嗰陣嘅最佳甜品!我哋用無糖杏仁醬做膽,入面包住自家製嘅偽蘋果醬,一啖咬開有爆漿效果,勁滿足!優質油脂、健康、零加糖,食多幾粒都冇負擔啦。
材料:
- 無糖杏仁醬 1 杯
- 椰子粉 半杯
- 偽蘋果醬 1/4 杯
- 杏仁碎或黑芝麻 1/4 杯 (用嚟黐面)
- 無糖椰絲 1/4 杯 (用嚟黐面)
- 無糖天然甜味劑 2 湯匙 (例如:阿洛酮糖 Allulose/ 羅漢果糖 Monk Fruit)
- 雲呢拿香油 1 茶匙
- 海鹽 少少
做法:
- 喺個大碗度,將杏仁醬、椰子粉、天然甜味劑、雲呢拿香油同海鹽全部撈勻,撈到佢變做一舊有啲黐手嘅粉糰就得。
- 首先,𢳂一大羹粉糰出嚟,放喺手心搓圓再壓扁佢。
- 喺中間擺半茶匙偽蘋果醬。
- 之後慢慢收口,搓返做一個波波,記住要包實啲果醬,唔好漏出嚟。
- 將搓好嘅波波,成粒掟入啲杏仁碎或黑芝麻度轆勻佢,等個面黐滿晒杏仁碎或黑芝麻。
- 將啲波波排好喺鋪咗牛油紙嘅盤上面,放入雪櫃雪最少一個鐘,等佢定型。
- 食唔晒嘅話,放入密實盒再擺返入雪櫃,大概可以擺一個禮拜。

These delicious keto-friendly energy bites are the perfect sweet snack! With a creamy almond butter base and a surprise center of our Fake Apple Jam, they're packed with healthy fats and absolutely no added sugar.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Fake Apple Jam
- 1/4 cup crushed almonds or black sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (allulose or monk fruit)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix almond butter, coconut flour, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place 1/2 tsp of Fake Apple Jam in the center.
- Roll into a ball, sealing the jam inside.
- Roll each ball in crushed almonds or black sesame seeds and unsweetened shredded coconut to coat.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
