匈牙利炸麵包配勁正辣脆

我哋嘅店主,中學嗰陣去匈牙利做咗一年交換生,當時佢好鍾意食當地一種叫「匈牙利炸餅 (Lángos)」嘅街頭小食,每次返去探親都會破酮食至少一次。

而家,我哋就將呢款經典小食搞搞新意思,加入咗我哋又香又脆嘅勁正辣脆,令味道層次更加豐富。新鮮炸起、金黃香脆嘅炸餅,配埋酸忌廉、芝士,同埋我哋嘅勁正辣脆,就成為一道令人食到停唔到口嘅惹味小食。

材料:

  • 中筋麵粉 500
  • 暖水 300毫升
  • 即發酵母 7
  • 1茶匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 牛油果油 2湯匙(整麵糰用)
  • 牛油果油 適量(炸麵糰用)
  • 酸忌廉 (Sour Cream) 200毫升
  • 芝士碎 150
  • 勁正辣脆 3–4湯匙辣度隨你鍾意
  • 蒜頭 2瓣,切碎

做法:

  1. 首先將麵粉、酵母、糖同鹽喺個大碗度撈勻。
  2. 然後加入暖水同牛油果油,搓成一個柔軟嘅麵糰。
  3. 用濕布或者保鮮紙蓋住,擺喺度發酵大約 1 個鐘,等個麵糰發大到兩倍。
  4. 將發好嘅麵糰分成 6 份,再用手拉開成一塊塊圓形嘅薄餅。
  5. 燒熱一鑊油,將麵餅放落去炸到兩邊都金黃色同鬆起為止 (每邊大約 2–3 分鐘)
  6. 炸好就撈起,擺喺廚房紙上面吸一吸油。
  7. 將酸忌廉同蒜蓉撈勻,然後均勻咁搽喺炸餅上面。
  8. 最後灑上芝士碎同勁正辣脆
  9. 記得趁熱食,咁樣先最香脆、最好食。

Hungarian Lángos with Divine Chilli Crisps

Our founder spent a year in Hungary as an exchange student when he was in secondary school, where the much-loved street food lángos became a firm teenage favourite.

We’ve now taken this classic and given it a modern, fusion twist, adding a bold kick of our Divine Chilli Crisps. Crispy, freshly fried lángos is topped with sour cream, cheese, and our Divine Chilli Crisps to create an irresistible snack.

Ingredients:

  • 500g plain flour
  • 300ml warm water
  • 7g instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil (for making the dough)
  • Avocado oil, as needed, for deep frying
  • 200ml sour cream
  • 150g grated cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp Divine Chilli Crisps (any heat level)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Method:

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl
  2. Add warm water and avocado oil, knead into soft dough
  3. Let rise for 1 hour until doubled
  4. Divide into 6 portions, stretch each into a round disc
  5. Deep fry in hot avocado oil until golden and puffy (2-3 minutes per side)
  6. Drain on paper towels
  7. Spread with sour cream mixed with garlic
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and Divine Chilli Crisps
  9. Serve immediately while hot and crispy
