韓式燒豬腩肉(삼겹살)

將啲厚切五花腩燒到金黃色,外層脆卜卜,入面仲要軟腍多汁,啲油香係咁逼出嚟!跟住再蘸埋我哋嘅生酮惹味韓國辣醬,嘩!嗰種惹味,真係冇得彈!以後喺屋企都可以輕輕鬆鬆整返餐健康版韓燒。

材料

  • 豬腩肉 500克(切成約 1 厘米厚片)
  • 鹽、胡椒(適量)
  • 牛油生菜或紫蘇葉(包肉用)

沾醬

配菜

  • 泡菜
  • 醃蘿蔔
  • 蒜片
  • 青辣椒

做法

  1. 製作沾醬:將生酮惹味韓國辣醬、麻油、蒜蓉、蘋果醋同芝麻拌勻,備用。
  2. 用中大火預熱燒烤鑊或燒烤爐。
  3. 將豬腩肉兩面輕輕灑上鹽同胡椒調味。
  4. 放上鑊燒,每邊燒約 3–4 分鐘,直至表面金黃香脆,出現靚靚燒痕。
  5. 用剪刀將燒好嘅豬腩肉剪成一口大小。
  6. 配生菜葉、沾醬、泡菜、醃蘿蔔同蒜片一齊上碟。

食法:用生菜包住豬腩肉,加蒜片同生酮韓國辣醬,一啖入口,超滿足!

Grilled Pork Belly (Samgyeopsal)

Thick-cut pork belly grilled until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, rich and aromatic, served with our flavourful Ketolicious Gochujang, so you can enjoy healthy Korean BBQ at home.

Ingredients

  • 500 g pork belly, sliced about 1 cm thick
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Butter lettuce or perilla leaves, for wrapping

Dipping Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Ketolicious Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Sesame seeds, to taste

Accompaniments

  • Kimchi
  • Pickled radish
  • Sliced garlic
  • Green chili peppers
  1. Prepare the dipping sauce: Mix Ketolicious Gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
  2. Preheat a grill pan or BBQ grill over medium-high heat.
  3. Lightly season the pork belly slices with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill for 3–4 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and nicely charred.
  5. Cut the grilled pork into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
  6. Serve with lettuce leaves, dipping sauce, kimchi, pickled radish, and fresh garlic.

To eat: Wrap the pork in lettuce, add garlic and gochujang sauce, and enjoy!
