脆皮五花腩三明治(港式偽丹麥烤豬肉三文治)配偽蘋果醬

食得多餐蛋治腿蛋治食到悶悶地?不如試吓自己整喺丹麥街頭周圍都食到嘅flæskestegssandwich (烤豬肉三文治) 吖,用港式嘅做法就唔難㗎喇!再配埋我哋嘅偽蘋果醬就更加不得了。
偽蘋果醬嘅甜酸層次啱啱好中和五花腩嘅油香,配多油脂嘅豬肉好夾㗎!
材料
五花腩部分:
- 五花腩 500克 (連皮)
- 生抽 2湯匙
- 五香粉 1湯匙
- 白胡椒粉 1茶匙
- 蒜蓉 2瓣
- 紹興酒 1湯匙 (可選)
- 鹽適量
組合材料:
- 酸種麵包或你鍾意嘅麵包 2片
- 新鮮芝麻菜或雜菜
- 偽蘋果醬 2-3湯匙
- 蘋果片 / 德國鹹酸菜/醃青瓜 (可選,增加爽脆口感)
- 牛油 (用於烘麵包)
做法
步驟1: 準備五花腩
- 用鬆肉針喺豬皮度平均咁篤滿成個表面。
- 將生抽、五香粉、白胡椒粉、蒜蓉同紹興酒混合。
- 將醃料搽喺五花腩上 (豬皮除外)。放入雪櫃醃至少2小時,過夜效果最好。
- 用廚房紙將豬皮完全抹乾,然後搽上鹽。
步驟2: 烹調五花腩
- 預熱焗爐至160°C。
- 將五花腩放喺烤架上,豬皮向上。焗1.5小時至軟腍。
- 將溫度提高至220°C,再焗20-30分鐘,直至豬皮變得香脆金黃。
- 靜置10分鐘,然後切成厚片。
步驟3: 組合三明治
- 喺麵包片上搽少少牛油,烘至金黃色。
- 喺一片麵包上搽厚厚一層偽蘋果醬。
- 喺偽蘋果醬上面鋪上新鮮芝麻菜。
- 加入1-2片脆皮五花腩。
- 如果想增加爽脆口感,可以加入薄蘋果片/德國鹹酸菜/醃青瓜。
- 再加多一層偽蘋果醬。
- 用第二片麵包蓋上。

The sweet‑tart layers of the Fake Apple Jam perfectly balance the richness of the pork belly, and it pairs wonderfully with fatty cuts of pork.
Ingredients
For the Pork Belly:
- 500g pork belly, skin-on
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine (optional)
- Salt to taste
For Assembly:
- 2 slices sourdough or bread of your choice
- Fresh arugula or mixed greens
- 2-3 tbsp Fake Apple Jam
- Sliced apple / sauerkraut / pickled cucumber (optional, for extra crunch)
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pork Belly
- Use a meat‑tenderising needle to poke evenly across the surface of the pork skin.
- Mix soy sauce, five-spice powder, white pepper, garlic, and Shaoxing wine in a bowl.
- Rub the marinade all over the pork belly (except the skin). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Pat the skin completely dry with paper towels and rub with salt.
Step 2: Cook the Pork Belly
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Place pork belly on a rack, skin-side up. Roast for 1.5 hours until tender.
- Increase temperature to 220°C (425°F) and roast for another 20-30 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice into thick pieces.
Step 3: Assemble Your Sandwich
- Lightly butter and toast your bread slices until golden.
- Spread a generous layer of Fake Apple Jam on one slice.
- Layer fresh arugula or mixed greens on the jam.
- Add 1-2 slices of crispy pork belly.
- Add thin apple slices or sauerkraut or pickles if desired for extra texture.
- Top with another layer of Fake Apple Jam.
- Close with the second bread slice.
