青瓜沙律配勁正辣脆

簡單嘅青瓜沙律配上我哋嘅勁正辣脆,係清爽又香脆嘅小食或者配菜。生酮友善,而且只需要幾分鐘就整好。

材料:

  • 2條中型青瓜,切薄片
  • 2湯匙勁正辣脆
  • 1湯匙米醋或者蘋果醋
  • 1茶匙芝麻油
  • 1茶匙生抽或者椰子氨基酸
  • 1茶匙芝麻
  • 新鮮芫茜,裝飾用(可選)
  • 海鹽,適量

做法:

  1. 將青瓜切成薄片,放入大碗中。
  2. 灑少許鹽,靜置10分鐘,然後擠出多餘水分。
  3. 喺另一個細碗裡面,加入勁正辣脆、蘋果醋、芝麻油同生抽撈勻。
  4. 將醬汁倒喺青瓜上,輕輕拌勻。
  5. 灑上芝麻同新鮮芫茜。
  6. 即刻享用,或者放入雪櫃冷藏30分鐘,令味道更加融合。

小貼士:

  • 想要更加香脆嘅口感,可以用英國青瓜或者波斯青瓜。
  • 呢個沙律可以提前一日整好,放雪櫃保存。
  • 加入切碎嘅花生或者腰果增加額外嘅香脆口感。

Cucumber Salad with Divine Chilli Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Divine Chilli Crisps 
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh coriander, for garnish (optional)
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, let sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Divine Chilli Crisps, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
  6. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
