材料:
- 2條中型青瓜,切薄片
- 2湯匙勁正辣脆
- 1湯匙米醋或者蘋果醋
- 1茶匙芝麻油
- 1茶匙生抽或者椰子氨基酸
- 1茶匙芝麻
- 新鮮芫茜,裝飾用(可選)
- 海鹽,適量
做法:
- 將青瓜切成薄片,放入大碗中。
- 灑少許鹽,靜置10分鐘,然後擠出多餘水分。
- 喺另一個細碗裡面,加入勁正辣脆、蘋果醋、芝麻油同生抽撈勻。
