呢個食譜將taco變身做一款好味又低碳嘅 finger food。香脆嘅芝士 taco 殼包住新鮮吞拿魚同洋蔥,再淋上用勁正辣脆、keto蜜糖同蛋黃醬撈出嚟嘅濃郁醬汁,每一啖都令人回味!
材料
脆芝士 Taco 皮:
- 車打芝士 (Cheddar)、瑞士芝士 (Swiss) 或者巴馬臣芝士 (Parmesan) 碎 100克
- 雞蛋 1隻(打成蛋漿)
辣脆蜜糖 Mayo:
- 蛋黃醬 (Mayonnaise) 2-3 湯匙

做法
- 整芝士皮: 首先將芝士碎同蛋漿撈勻。開中細火,燒熱個易潔鑊,將啲芝士蛋漿倒落去,攤開成一個圓形薄餅,慢慢煎到佢金黃色,邊邊有啲窿窿好似蕾絲咁就差唔多。
- 摺皮定型: 最緊要係襯熱用鑊鏟將塊芝士皮對摺,整成 Taco 嘅樣,然後擺埋一邊等佢攤凍定型。
- 整醬汁: 將蛋黃醬、Keto 蜜糖同埋勁正辣脆喺個碗仔度撈勻,見到啲醬滑身得嚟又有一粒粒辣椒脆就搞掂。
- 組合: 將吞拿魚粒同洋蔥粒放入已經定咗型嘅芝士 Taco 皮入面。
- 淋醬: 淋上頭先整好嘅辣脆蜜糖 Mayo。

Method
