呢個食譜將taco變身做一款好味又低碳嘅 finger food。香脆嘅芝士 taco 殼包住新鮮吞拿魚同洋蔥,再淋上用勁正辣脆、keto蜜糖同蛋黃醬撈出嚟嘅濃郁醬汁,每一啖都令人回味!

脆芝士 Taco 皮:

  2. 摺皮定型: 最緊要係襯熱用鑊鏟將塊芝士皮對摺,整成 Taco 嘅樣,然後擺埋一邊等佢攤凍定型。
  3. 整醬汁: 將蛋黃醬、Keto 蜜糖同埋勁正辣脆喺個碗仔度撈勻,見到啲醬滑身得嚟又有一粒粒辣椒脆就搞掂。
  4. 組合: 將吞拿魚粒同洋蔥粒放入已經定咗型嘅芝士 Taco 皮入面。
