材料:
- 250克忌廉芝士,室溫軟化
- 3湯匙勁正辣脆
- 2湯匙酸忌廉或者希臘乳酪
- 1瓣蒜頭,切碎
- 1湯匙檸檬汁
- 海鹽同黑胡椒,適量
- 新鮮蔥花或者芫茜,裝飾用(隨意)
- 配搭:西芹條、青椒條、青瓜片或者生酮餅乾
做法:
- 將軟化嘅忌廉芝士放入碗中,用叉或者電動攪拌器打至滑身。
- 加入2湯匙勁正辣脆、酸忌廉、蒜蓉同檸檬汁。
- 攪拌均勻,直至所有材料完全混合。
- 用鹽同黑胡椒調味。
- 將沾醬放入靚碗裡面,喺表面淋上剩餘嘅1湯匙勁正辣脆。
- 灑上新鮮蔥花或者芫茜。
- 配搭新鮮蔬菜條或者生酮餅乾一齊享用。

- 確保忌廉芝士完全軟化,先至容易攪拌。
- 可以提前一日整好,放雪櫃保存,食之前拎出嚟回溫。
- 想要更加creamy嘅質感,可以加多啲酸忌廉。

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh spring onions or coriander, for garnish (optional)
- For serving: celery sticks, bell pepper strips, cucumber slices, or keto crackers
Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese in a bowl and beat with a fork or electric mixer until smooth.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Divine Chilli Crisps, sour cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
