We make it without added additives or anti-caking agents, keeping the focus on flavour. Natural clumping may occur, so simply shake or gently loosen the blend before use. Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Use it to season meat, fish, eggs or roasted vegetables, or sprinkle it over fries and popcorn. Add it before cooking, while cooking or just before serving. Start with a little and adjust to taste.
