材料：

🐔 雞柳6條（醃料：鹽+胡椒粉1茶匙）
🍜 粉皮200克 (生酮飲食人士可用蒟蒻麵代替）
🥒 青瓜2條

💧 麻油2茶匙
🍋 醋半茶匙
🫙生抽3茶匙

🧊 糖3茶匙（生酮飲食人士可以阿酪酮糖代替）
✨ 炒香芝麻適量

👩🍳 食譜步驟：

1️⃣ 雞肉加醃料，醃30分鐘 → 隔水蒸15分鐘 → 拆絲備用。
2️⃣ 粉皮滾水煮15分鐘 → 撈起放冰水冷卻 → 瀝乾。
3️⃣ 混合所有調味料成醬汁：

👩🍳 Serves: 4

Ingredients

🐔 6 chicken tenders (marinade: 1 tsp salt + pepper)
🍜 200 g glass noodle sheets (for keto, you can substitute konjac noodles)
🥒 2 cucumbers
🥜 3 tbsp Nuts ‘N Nuts almond butter
🌶️ 1 tsp Rustically Handmade Divine Chilli Crisps (adjust to your preferred spice level)
💧 2 tsp sesame oil
🍋 1/2 tsp vinegar
🫙 3 tsp light soy sauce
🧄 2 tsp minced garlic
🧊 3 tsp sugar (for keto, you can use allulose instead)
✨ Toasted sesame seeds, to taste

Steps

1️⃣ Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes → steam for 15 minutes → shred and set aside.
2️⃣ Boil the glass noodle sheets for 15 minutes → transfer to ice water to cool → drain well.
3️⃣ Mix all seasonings into a sauce:
