將已解凍2kg雞髀放鹽水浸一個鐘,倒咗啲血水,再用水沖洗乾淨。然後深鍋加凍水浸過雞髀,開火煲滾啲雞髀,水滾後倒晒啲水,記得要用水沖洗乾淨啲雞髀沖到冇晒浮膜,然後將雞髀放返落啲水度,加滴量鹽,大火煮滾後轉中小火再煮多8分鐘期間唔好揭蓋,熄火焗一個鐘。
